The safety and well-being of our staff and customers is our number one priority. We are monitoring the latest information on
coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely and following the guidance of Public Health Wales and the UK Government.
OUR UPDATED PROCEDURES
You can make a booking by calling Service Bookings on 01874 711 117 or Online via myBCS.
We are prioritising bookings for Key Workers and Emergency Services.
We have temporarily suspended our while-you-wait appointments
We have temporarily suspended appointments from anyone that has recently travelled outside of the UK.
We have temporarily suspended our Collection or Delivery service.
We have temporarily suspended our Recovery service.
We have temporarily suspendeded our Courtesy Car Service.
Please park youre vehicle locked in the Drop-Off parking spaces located a the front of our main building
and deposit your key through the Day Time Key Drop-Off (Letter Box) on the Reception Door and notify us by by calling 01874 711 117 (Service Updates),
Emailing our Service Team, Using the Intercom by the Reception Door (Ring Door Bell) or Message us on our Facebook Page . When your
vehicle is in progress you will receive a Video Health Check via SMS & Email (Powered by VideoNow!) as part of our normal procedures where you can approve additonal work.
Please only leave us your cars key without a key ring and other items items attached. We will be sanitizing car keys with Antibacterial Wipes when handed over to us and before handing over to you.
Please leave your Service Book and Locking Wheel Nut Key (Aloy Wheels) on the Passengers Front Seat.
We are no longer issuing paper invoices or MOT Certificates, You will receive a Digital Invoice by Email and you can
download a copy of your MOT certificate from DVSA at https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk
When your vehicle
is complete you will receive a Digital Invoice by Email together with a SMS notification to contact our accounts team to make payment by Credit/Debit card after which the vehicle will be parked locked in our
customer car park with the key on the DSF wheel for your collection.
Our technicians must wear gloves when working on a vehicle at all times and a fresh pair of gloves will be used for every new vehicle they work on. (As per our standard procedure).
Our technicians must wear face masks when working on a vehicle at all times and a fresh face mask will be used for every new vehicle they work on.
Every vehicle will be receive an interior sanitization using our Sanitizer Disinfectant Spray system which Kills 99.9% of bacteria including Coronavirus.
Our technicians must also wash their hands before and after each vehicle is worked on and before entering the reception or canteen areas. (As per our standard procedure).
Every vehicle will have a disposable steering wheel cover, paper floor mat and seat cover applied. (As per our standard procedure).
All counter surfaces, door handles and other commonly touched surfaces will be disinfected on a regular basis.
Our reception staff must also wash their hands frequently and use hand gel after each customer.
Antibacterial Hand Gel have been positioned at all entrances/exits to our buildings.
We have asked our suppliers not to access the workshop or reception area and we have alternative measures in place for deliveries outside of the workshop and reception areas..
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates as required.
